Making good coffee isn’t easy!
Purchased a gaggia baby on eBay and been working on the barista training. It’s not easy to pull that perfect shot that tastes as sweet as the freshly ground beans smell… So far my shots seem a bit watery…. I have a new tamper but think it might be the grind isn’t quite fine enough?
